Qualifications 5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience. 3+ years of Salesforce implementations experience. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Salesforce certifications preferred. Experience with full lifecycle implementations. Experience identifying problems and needs in order to optimize the business. Experience working in a team environment. 2+ experience in the financial services industry supporting buy-side technology. Strong technical skills including a solid understanding of underlying relevant technical architecture and business processes. Proven ability to efficiently utilize resources and communicate with others both verbally and in writing. An in-depth understanding of systems development lifecycle. Ability to perform detailed analysis on these systems at all phases of the project lifecycle.
