Job summary
We are seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is an IT specialist role with varying levels of experience. You will work the same ticket queues and support requests as the rest of the team. Key Responsibilities include Responding to client inquiries within established SLAs Providing day-to-day IT support Delivered phone remote and onsite support Troubleshooting resolving technical issues Accurately documenting all tickets actions communications in our PSA system Creating maintaining knowledge base articles job aids Maintaining detailed documentation of client configurations environments Following industry best practices without shortcuts.Qualifications
Minimum 2 years technical support experience including breakfix repairs for laptops desktops basic hardware Strong knowledge Microsoft Office applications Patching antivirus backup RMM tools Excellent written verbal communication skills Ability explain technical concepts clearly nontechnical users Reliable transportation commute Georgetown TX- Ambitious driven grow professionally
