    An award-winning hospital in the Everett, MA area is pursuing an Operating Room Nurse Manager of Neurosurgery to strategically lead and manage their neurology operating room.

    This is a full-time, permanent role in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.

    Providing personalized patient care to their community nearly 35 years, this highly reputable hospital takes the upmost pride in their clinical care administered to all of their patients.

    This ever-growing hospital offer a vast array of clinical services ranging from surgical services, neuroscience services, and women's services to their community, which allows the clinical staff at this hospital the tools and resources to accommodate any medical matter that may occur.

    The Operating Room Nurse Manager of Neurosurgery will directly report to the Operating Room Nurse Director of Neurosurgery.

    This individual must provide daily updates regarding the status of the neurology operating room to their superior and will be expected to work together with the Operating Room Nurse Director of Neurosurgery to ensure all rules and regulations are being followed.

    Serving as a direct leader to the Operating Room Nurse Supervisor of Neurosurgery, the Operating Room Nurse Manager of Neurosurgery must be readily available to provide their assistance and guidance during any pressing and/or critical situation.

    This individual will also serve as a mentor to the Operating Room Nurses to ensure each patient is being treated with the upmost care.

    The Operating Room Nurse Manager of Neurosurgery will be expected to manage and provide direct oversight to the neurology operating room while their team performs various and complex clinical procedures.

    The Operating Room Nurse Manager of Neurosurgery must hold their BSN and ideally have their CNOR certification.

    Equipped with cutting-edge technology within their neurology operating room department, the Operating Room Nurse Manager of Neurosurgery will be required to be well-versed in any and all clinical equipment utilized within their department.

    This individual will have 24/7 coverage of the endoscopy department and must be easily accessible to offer their guidance and subject matter expertise.

    The Operating Room Nurse Manager of Neurosurgery must be regularly informed regarding the care being administered within the endoscopy department, and must be able to highlight their team's strengths, and pinpoint any weaknesses and provide the necessary training to address any matter.
