- Configure and customize JD Edwards modules to meet business requirements
- Testing, documentation, and end-user training.
- Conduct business process reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Implement and maintain system enhancements and integrations
- Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
- Provide tier 1 user support hands-on support of daily, monthly and annual processes
- Cross-support with IT Manager, as needed
- 7+ years of JDE experience
- Windows and SQL database experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize accordingly.
- Ability to understand user requirements and translate them into system functionality.
- Familiarity with Business Objects, BI Publisher, Orchestrator, Qlikview, Hubble, and JDE mobile apps are a plus.
- Must be a team player and proactive in terms of system improvements
