Based in Duke Central Tower, Unit 1A/2A, Duke University Health System is in search of an experienced Registered Nurse who aligns with our mission of Advancing Health Together.
The Peds Med/Surg Unit at Duke University Hospital comprises two 17-bed Pediatric Medical/Surgical Units, catering to intermediate and step-down patients who require specialized care. The recently renovated units offer spacious accommodations and engaging activity areas for patients and their families. Ideal candidates should champion family-centered care and a collaborative approach to patient well-being. Many opportunities exist for involvement in committees focused on enhancing processes and patient satisfaction.
As a Clinical Nurse II at Duke University Health System, you will deliver professional nursing care in line with medical plans and established protocols. Embrace the scope of a registered nurse as defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
Paid Training: 6 weeks of orientation based on experience level.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience required.
