• Develop strong rapport with clients and serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction
• Assist clients in pricing their properties competitively, making them marketable, and providing thorough consultation, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the transaction process
• Conduct comprehensive research on the local real estate market, staying informed about home value trends, and networking with other real estate professionals to increase property awareness and facilitate transactions
• Take a hands-on approach to organizing open houses, managing budgets, handling contracts, and other related tasks, ensuring timely completion to facilitate successful closings for clients

• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
• Past sales experience is preferred

• Show good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to give complete focus to clients
