Job summary
The Associate Manager Employee Engagement Communications serves as the primary internal communications partner for the Consumer Organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated strategies that inform engage and connect the Consumer Organization employees to business priorities milestone programs and wins while amplifying globally relevant stories that showcase our people innovations and achievements across enterprise channels to inspire and unify employees worldwide.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications Marketing Journalism or related field required advanced degree preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in internal communications corporate communications or marketing communications within a large matrixed organization.
