    Regional Quality Manager Location:
    Multiple Locations - 75% Travel Required

    Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives:
    Spearhead efforts to enhance product quality, delivery, and cost-efficiency across various plants.

    Quality System Management:
    Create, update, and maintain critical documents, including Quality Manuals, workstation procedures, and visual standards.

    Strategic Audits and Compliance:
    Conduct detailed audits of finished products and enforce process corrective actions in collaboration with manufacturing leadership.

    Data-Driven Quality Enhancement:
    Utilize Quality Reports to implement effective Root Cause Analysis and transform corrective actions into preventative measures across facilities.
    Work closely with Engineering during new product introductions to assess technical capacities and identify potential risks.
    Train and develop quality team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

    Customer and Supplier Engagement:

    Manage customer relationships through periodic visits and align product testing and verification processes with suppliers to ensure quality standards.

    Bachelor's degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, significant experience (3-5 years) in Quality Management or Continuous Improvement roles.

    Travel Requirement:
    Must be willing to travel approximately 75% of the time to various plant locations.

    Skills:
    Exceptional communication skills, leadership qualities, teamwork orientation, decisive judgment, and a strong analytical mindset are essential.

    Experience:
    Direct experience in leading quality improvement initiatives, developing quality documentation, and managing cross-functional teams.
