Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at NeighborHealth. The ideal candidate will have experience in Collaborative Drug Therapy Management and be able to provide evidence-based services in primary care settings.Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based Collaborative Drug Therapy Management services.
- Assess and monitor drug therapy needs of patients through consultations and clinical laboratory monitoring.
