    We are hiring a FULL-TIME( 40 hours per week) CLINIC SUPERVISOR for the Monsignor Carr Institute in Buffalo.

    JOB SUMMARY:
    Responsible for the daily program operations of OMH-licensed Outpatient Behavioral Health clinic program(s) in Buffalo.

    Responsible for providing direct administrative, clinical and supportive supervision of clinical services teams to sustain a staffing plan that supports productivity of personnel and ensures achievement of program objectives, including high quality client care.


    KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Staffing/Supervision:
    Recruit, orient, and monitor clinical and employee performance.
    Maintain performance accountability and implement corrective supervisory action as warranted.
    Provide coverage as needed to meet clinic and client needs. May hold a small caseload at times.
    Facilitate professional development opportunities to support quality service provision.
    Conduct provisional and annual performance evaluations as required.

    Community Relationships:
    Serve as liaison with key stakeholders, fostering smooth care coordination processes, responding to stakeholder

    requests/concerns/complaints.

    Quality Assurance:
    Assist in developing and implementing continuous quality improvement processes.

    Compliance:


    Communicate regulations, standards, applicable policies and procedures to team members and monitor compliance including but not limited to clinician adherence to program standards, regulations & procedures and service targets/outcomes, including routine case record reviews.


    Fiscal Responsibilities :

    Assist in identifying and implementing best practices that maximize productivity and cost-efficiency and with developing, managing and monitoring related program budgets.


    EDUCATION:
    LCSW or LCSW-R with continuous licensure and ability to provide clinical supervision required.

    LMHC may be considered at the discretion of clinic leadership and based on clinical supervision needs of the clinical teams.


    EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
    At least three (3) years of post-Masters degree experience providing direct treatment in a behavioral health setting.
    At least one (1) year supervisory experience preferred.
