    Job Title:

    A Health Readiness Specialist is needed to provide health services under the Reserve Health Readiness Program in Texas.

    This role involves conducting physical assessments, reviewing medical records, and interviewing service members.

    • Perform Physical Assessments of military personnel
    • Review Health History, Medical Records, and Service Member Questionnaires
    • Interview Military Personnel for Current and Prior Medical Concerns
    • Determine Immediate Action Required

    We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with knowledge of Military systems, protocols, and terminology.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support Physical Health Assessments
    • Review Medical Information
    • Interview Service Members
    • Determine Medical Needs

    Requirements:

    • Active NP License in State
    • CPR/BLS Certification
    • Experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care
    • Knowledge of Military Systems
    • Adaptable to Fast-Paced Environments
