    Floating Req to Sister Facilities:
    No, but may be required to cover as an Admission Coordinator/Rehab PPS Coordinator

    OR PT License required.

    Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

    Top 10 Procedures/Scans:
    Ortho-general; total joints, acute/chronic pain; decreased balance; general neuro; general med; UE injuries; splinting necessary.

    Types of Insurance:
    All payer sources; primarily Medicare and Managed Medicare.
    Number of Cases /Treatments/Patients per day: patients per day pending schedule/census
    What are the Productivity Standards: 0.45 and better for OP; 0.6 and better when split between IP/OP
