• Assistant Nutritional Services Director
• Grand Rapids, MI 49546Position SummaryThe Assistant Director of Culinary Services is responsible for the day to day coordination and oversight of all aspects of the Culinary Department.

Reports toDirectly reports to the Director of Culinary Services and the Administrator of the facility where providing Culinary services.

SupervisesIf applicable, supervises administratively in the building assigned, as well as the Assistant Director of Culinary Services, Chef, Cooks, & Wait Staff.

Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
Recommended Minimum Position QualificationsEducationHigh-school diplomaNecessary certification required by the state ie ServSafeProfessional ExperienceHealthcare experience preferred2. 2 years managerial experience3. Supervisory experience in kitchen operations4. Must be able to read, write, speak, & understand the English language5.
