Two Years of Admissions Experience PreferredAs admissions coordinator, you manage admission and discharge assessments as well as supervising the team of nurses and caregivers


You will:
Complete admissions and dischargesSupervise nurses and CNAs and ensure adequate staffing for their and oncoming shifts.

Coordination of last-minute staff shortagesMonitor residents' condition and assess their needs to provide the best care and adviceObserve and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physiciansCollaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for residentsPerform routine nursing duties, adjust and administer residents' medications and provide treatments according to physicians' ordersConduct daily audits of all new admission charts.

Investigate all incident reports and follow upParticipate in managing staff and assignments to ensure quality of care.

Train new nursesAdditional duties as neededYou Have:

Possess Nursing License (RN or LPN) within state, in good standingTwo years of skilled nursing experience requiredWork independently, problem solve, and manage conflictKnow resident rights.
