    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Leadership:
    Lead cross-functional teams in the identification, prioritization, and execution of zero defect and continuous improvement projects aligned with the organization's goals and objectives

    Process Evaluation:
    Conduct thorough analyses of current processes, utilizing statistical tools and methodologies to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization

    Data Collection and Analysis:
    Gather and analyze divisional data related to process performance, defects, and customer requirements to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions

    Performance Monitoring:
    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and track progress over time

    Implementation of Six Sigma Methodologies:
    Apply Six Sigma principles, such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), to drive continuous improvement and achieve measurable results

    Change Management:
    Implement change management principles to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices, overcoming resistance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

    Stakeholder Communication:
    Communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and updatesTraining and Coaching: Provide training and mentorship to team members on Zero Defects, Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies

    Continuous Learning:
    Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in Six Sigma methodologies to continuously enhance skills and knowledge

    Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

    University degree in engineering, business, statistics, or related fieldProven experience in continuous improvement projects and driving measurable improvements in process performance and business outcomesStrong understanding of methodologies such as Lean, Zero Defects, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Total Quality ManagementStrong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
    Effective leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
    Change management experience, with the ability to navigate organizational dynamics and facilitate change initiatives.
