    Chef Thomas Keller's Surfside destination, The Surf Club Restaurant, is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about hospitality to join the team as a Maintenance Engineer.

    Located within the Four Seasons Hotel at the iconic Surf Club, Chef Kellers restaurant honors the locations history of good times and grand parties with classic Continental cuisine for a modern audience.

    Like the swinging patrons of the '50s and '60s hotspots this restaurant celebrates, The Surf Club Restaurant knows how to have fun.

    The Maintenance Engineer is a key player and leader in our team, responsible for all facets of facility management. Working to prioritize and ensure the overall cleanliness, preventative maintenance and esthetic of the property is maintained and enhanced.


    Scope of Work Highlights:

    • Performs a highly diverse set of tasks related to the overall facilities management including but not limited to
    painting, installation, plumbing, light construction, and mechanical needs.


    • Maintain and archive manuals and work orders to successful perform required maintenance and service.
    • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and facilitates to maintain the overall safety and
    esthetic of the property.


    • Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines and equipment as needed.
    • Detect faculty operations, defective material and report/repair as needed.
    • Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
    • Use a variety of hand and power tools, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
