- Lead definition, FAT and commisioning of equipment under his responsibility.
- Lead the ramp-up for achieving quality and output standards.
- Define operation, control and maintenance operations.
- Process definition during the launch of new products.
- Define quality procedures to achieve the set targets as well as identify quality failures and proceed with a RCA analysis and report.
- Supports process changes, composition changes, trial parts, and Kaizen improvement activities.
- Align with other departments to meet common goals, such as being a link between R&D and Process Engineering.
- Lead definition, FAT and commisioning of equipment under his responsibility.
- Ensure appropriate collection and utilization of process data.
- Participate on assembly process digitalization
- Technically lead people under his work scope.
- Mechanical Engineering Degree.
- Maintenance & Mechatronic.
- Lithium manufacturing processes. Especially on electrode.
- Fluent in English.
- 5 years of relevant experience on similar positions
