Job summary
The primary objective as a member of store management is to provide our customers with quality team service clean and organized surroundings in accordance to the company standards and instructions sharing the responsibility and accountability for sales performance productivity of staff loss prevention merchandising safety and operating functions of the store while in charge.
Abilities: Exercise good judgment and initiative to supervise direct activities of store. Ability to maintain sense urgency systematically meet all deadlines imposed by corporate office store management while delivering quality team service Organize work maintain smooth work flow Ability communicate effectively coordinate staffing schedule ensure team service direct train employees Cooperative professional times keep confidences maintaining working relationship with coworkers management follow written verbal directives/assignments Learn understand accurate use equipment policies procedures Recognize urgent situations.
