    IT Manager, HR Systems

    Location:
    Hybrid - Brentwood, TN


    Rate:
    $130k - $140k


    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced IT Manager specializing in HR Systems to join our dynamic team.

    The IT Manager, HR Systems will play a crucial role in overseeing the operation and enhancement of our Human Resources (HR) Systems, ensuring seamless functionality and support for our HR department.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Lead the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all software applications supporting HR department, including ADP, Kronos, Concur, and others.

    Collaborate with business unit teams to understand requirements and provide tailored IT solutions.
    Manage the recruitment, supervision, scheduling, and development of the IT HR Systems team members.
    Participate in operational and tactical planning within the IT department, including resource allocation and project planning.
    Act as the primary point of contact between technology teams, support teams, and business units.
    Define and communicate project milestones, service level agreements, and resource allocation to relevant stakeholders.
    Review IT system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and upgrades.
    Provide direction and support for IT solutions to enhance TSC's HR system functionality.
    Conduct research on potential technology solutions and implementations to support new initiatives and procurement efforts.
    Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures, including architecture, project management, and SDLC standards.
    Establish regular communication channels with department leaders and end-users regarding IT activities.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
    Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience required.
    Strong functional knowledge of HR business processes such as payroll processing, workforce management, and performance management.
    Familiarity with SDLC methodology and project management principles.
    Proficiency in SQL and Business Intelligence tools such as Cognos, Business Objects, and Tableau.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
    Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
    Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
