Job Description: As a Men's Locker Room Attendant at Seawane Club, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, cleanliness, and satisfaction of our male patrons. You will be responsible for maintaining the locker room facilities to the highest standards while providing attentive and courteous service to all members and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests warmly as they enter the locker room area.
• Assist patrons with locker assignments and provide any necessary amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of locker room facilities, including restrooms, showers, and grooming areas.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies such as towels, toiletries, and grooming essentials, and replenish as needed.
• Ensure compliance with club policies and procedures regarding locker room usage.
• Address any member or guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other staff members to uphold a positive and welcoming environment throughout the club.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift objects weighing up to [insert weight] pounds.
