Job summary
Performs diagnostic imaging examinations of patients as directed for diagnostic and treatment purposes.Assists Physician in administering opaque media (contrast). Rotates assignments within the department by assigned shifts as required to meet departmental needs.
- Processes Images as appropriate for Modality (CR/DR/Film) and is proficient in utilizing the PACS system (Picture Archival Communications)
- Maintains adequate records of examinations/dose/contrast as directed, and appropriately utilizing two patient identifier with each patient exam
