The State of NC is launching a large-scale, statewide cybersecurity initiative to perform technical security risk assessments and penetration testing across 100 counties.We are seeking an experienced Technical Security Risk Assessment & Penetration Testing Lead Consultant to design the assessment strategy, lead execution, manage the assessment team,
and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all counties.
