    Description

    4 Corner Resources is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager for one of our clients in the Greater Orlando area. This candidate would be responsible for managing the daily operations in the distribution center. This includes overseeing several teams, ensuring delivery schedules, and keeping up with all performance goals.

    This is a direct hire opportunity and fully onsite in Maitland, FL.

    Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:

    • Support the design and implementation of a developed supply chain process.
    • Identify cost reduction opportunities and minimize waste.
    • Examine current processes and implement or recommend improvements.
    • Proactively monitor and manage key performance indicators.
    • Keep track of materials and finished goods and ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Oversee daily operations of the distribution teams.
    • Maximize Supply Chain efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Prepare reports on supply chain performance and present to senior leadership.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and establish long-term partnership to ensure a reliable supply chain.
    • Manages performance of team members/employees against business plan by setting, communicating, monitoring and updating goals as needed for key performance indicators on a regular and consistent basis.

    Supply Chain Manager Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma required, bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations or business preferred.
    • 8+ years of experience in a supply chain management role.
    • Experience overseeing several direct reports, and a total team size of over 50+ individuals.
    • A background working with ecommerce or wholesale teams.
    • Past experience overseeing the assembly, production, fulfillment and delivery teams.
    • Experience working with ERP software, SAP preferred.
    • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma and Agile.
    • Fundamental understanding of transportation, supply chain and logistics.
    • Past experience coaching, mentoring and promoting internal team members.

    Additional Details:

    • Starting rate of $110,000k +
    • Monday through Friday from 7am-4pm, with the flexibility to comes in as needed on weekends.
