- Develop safety procedures and protocols to mitigate risks
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
- Conduct safety training sessions for construction workers and contractors
- Investigate accidents and incidents on job sites and prepare reports
- Advise construction management on safety issues and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with contractors, construction management, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain safety records and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, construction management, or related field
- Certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA 500-hour, CSP, CHST) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in construction safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and safety management software

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction safety regulations and experience working in a construction environment. You will be responsible for conducting safety audits, identifying potential hazards, and developing safety procedures to mitigate risks.
