    Requirements:
    • Active NC License
    • BC
    • Own personal laptop (No MACs/Apple)
    • DMA Certification or willing to obtain
    • Provider must have their own office
    • Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular. xhmxlyz
    • Must be within 50 miles of location
    • NPDB Report
