    Structure for Success has partnered The National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies (NASCLA), a Phoenix based non-profit organization, who is seeking an experienced Program and Events Specialist to expand their team.


    Founded over 60 years ago, NASCLA is an organization whose purpose is to promote best practices and license uniformity for agencies that regulate the construction industry.

    NASCLA is a vital resource for its members and the contracting community.

    This position is ON-SITE in North Phoenix and requires 5-7 years of event planning and management experience.


    Our program and events specialist takes the lead in planning, coordinating, and executing the organization's conferences, meetings, and educational programs.

    They oversee the entire event from initial pre-planning to post-event evaluations. If you have experience in hospitality, logistics, and event planning, this may be the opportunity you are looking for.

    If you have these characteristics this position is for you:

    • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of Event Planning Management
    • Association and nonprofit experience preferred
    • CMP certification preferred
    • Excellent leadership qualities and proven leadership skills
    • Strong multi-tasking skills
    • Self-Motivated and high-level of attention to detail
    • Organization skills a must
    • Tenacious and unafraid of hard work
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong collaboration experience and aptitude
    • Experience with working on a team
    • Strong Tech skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Smartsheet, QuickBooks Pro, and Adobe
    • Work hours may vary outside of normal office hours
    • Travel as needed for programs and events
