Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
• 2+ years of working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Power BI and SAP (Example: reporting and monitoring manufacturing costs, consolidating MRO Data, etc.)

Plusses:

• Experience working in an MRO (maintenance, repair, & overhaul) manufacturing environment.
• Master's Degree in Accounting.
• Experience tracking finance data and reporting with tools like Hyperion, Cognos, Oracle ERP, etc.

Day-to-Day

Insight Global is looking for a Finance Business Partner supporting the MRO (Maintenance, repair & Overhaul) division of our customer in the Sarasota, FL area. This person will be responsible for providing financial controllership and support to the MRO business ensuring control over transactions, asset protection, and insightful reporting. They will perform sales analysis, review order books, and analyze profitability and gross margins specific to MRO operations. This person will also be collaborating with the Site Controller to provide Budget, MTP (Mid-Term Plan) and forecast data.
