Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our expanding team at Sunland Specialty Insurance Group LLC. This role offers a competitive base salary, bonus opportunities, and a range of benefits that reward achievements.

About the Role

The Licensed Insurance Account Manager will play a pivotal role in growing our client base, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include cross-selling and account rounding to expand clients' coverage options, updating client information accurately, issuing essential insurance documentation, processing policy changes, and maintaining client records.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and acquisition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and enhance client experiences
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Educate and advise clients on their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Producer License
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an independent agency handling commercial accounts
Exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone and office etiquette, and a team-oriented mindset
