Technical Product Manager-Generative AI

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners in the discussions, analysis, and ideation with business stakeholders, especially from a Consumer Experience perspective
• Leverage the GenAI based technical expertise to validate the practicality of implementation if these solutions
• Work with the Gen AI Architects to finalize the validity of shortlisted solutions as well as create detailed designs in compliance with the organizational reference architectures
• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate business opportunities and customer requirements into actionable product features and technical requirements.
• Work closely with POs and Business Stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
• Partner with Gen AI Architects to design scalable and efficient AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including ideation, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Define and prioritize product features based on business value, customer feedback, and technical constraints, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in consumer experience solutions, staying abreast of emerging trends and advancements in LLM and Generative AI technologies
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on project status, key milestones, and risks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role, with a focus on consumer experience and AI implementation.
• Strong technical background in AI technologies, including experience with Language Model Learning (LLM), Generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning, with at least 2-3 Gen AI projects in your experience.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and technical architects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a track record of driving results in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working in agile development methodologies and familiarity with PM tools and Agile frameworks.
