    But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:Positive attitude and passion for making people smile, and truly enjoy their experienceValue for high quality food and beverage, and appreciation for the technique associated with productionSense of adventure and engaging energyAbility to communicate effectively with team members, both BOH and FOH, Management, and CommunityWhat you'll be doing:Overseeing proper execution of all brand standardsResponsible for team member training and service & support team managementManaging and leading operations crew during scheduled shiftsCommunicating professionally with all departments in the venueLeading all functional areas related to FOH OperationsCoordinating and maintain strong working relationship with BOH to ensure timely and accurate execution from beginning to end of the customers' experienceUtilizing all available data/resources to understand and report on the Store's performanceMaintaining accountability of all in-house checks/cash balancing as dictated by corporate policyAppling inventory and cost control standards on a weekly basisRequirementsWhat we're looking for:Three years of experience in a high volume, fast pace environmentHave the ability to work a schedule that is consistent with restaurant/bar volumeExcellent verbal and written communication skills in conjunction with math aptitude.

    Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for period up to four (4) hours in length.

    Good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift products that are frequently weighing up to 50 pounds.
