- Plan, complete complex project assignments of unlimited scope in the area of mechanical/electrical engineering design for rehabilitation, major repair, alteration, specification and construction of projects in all engineering disciplines.
- Review construction project proposals to determine cost estimates and labor hours.
- Develop mechanical and technical engineering projects for rehabilitation, major repairs, alterations, and specifications.
- Serve as the senior quality assurance inspector.
- Modify project plans for economical and functional purposes.
- Communicate with construction site managers and developers to mitigate any construction problem areas.
- Prepare detailed designs and specifications for bidding action.
- Travel to construction and project worksites to review work progress
