    STRUCTURAL-BUILDERS & RESTORATIONS (S-BR) is a leading provider of Concrete Restoration and Waterproofing solutions in the Florida market. Our company is dedicated to ensuring safety and durability in our projects.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Preconstruction Manager at STRUCTURAL-BUILDERS & RESTORATIONS located in North Miami, FL.

    Job Responsibilities

    · Prepares and estimates budget costs for restoration projects by studying plans and specifications.

    · Evaluates offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes.

    · Resolves cost differences by analyzing and collecting info.

    · Writes up and presents budgets, reports, and project plans.

    · Develops bids for restoration projects.

    · Works closely with engineers and other professionals.

    · Schedules meetings with clients, site managers, and staff.

    · Navigates and understands building codes.

    · Processes paperwork and travels to building sites as required.

    · Stays up to date with safety codes and improvements in construction.

    · Participate and be actively involved in membership groups relevant to restoration, such as ICRI, BOMA, ACI, etc.

    · Develop and collaborate presentations with marketing team for new projects and opportunities.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    · Knowledge of current market prices

    · Knowledge of suppliers and vendor pricing

    · Strong math skills

    · Ability to navigate specifications and plans

    · Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects

    · Ability to handle multiple assignments at once

    · Knowledge of the latest building codes

    · Close attention to detail

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Education and Experience Requirements:


    • A bachelor's degree in mathematics, architecture, engineering, or similar


    • At least 5years of related experience is required
