Job summary
As a Security Officer - Grocery Store Patrol in Dolton, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls , and more . Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location , where you will patrol assigned areas , maintain a high-visibility presence to help reduce security-related incidents , and respond to guest and team member concerns with professionalism . You will complete routine checks , document observations , and communicate clearly with site leadership .Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to customers , employees , and/or visitors while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a retail location including support of emergency response activities when appropriate
- Conduct regular random foot patrols throughout sales floors entrances exits stock areas the exterior perimeter to help deter unwanted activity identify hazards or suspicious behavior
- Monitor doors loading areas high-traffic zones for access control concerns policy violations potential theft indicators report observations per post orders < li > Respond incident critical situations calm problem-solving manner contacting site leadership/emergency services directed documenting actions taken lastly complete routine reports incident documentation activity logs communicating relevant updates Allied Universal leadership/site contacts /p >
