    Soccer Shots Pittsburgh is hiring a reliable, personable, communicative, & engaging full-time Program Coordinator to help us pursue our Company Vision Statement: "To positively impact children's lives and to provide a remarkable experience for their families on and off the soccer field through best-in-class coaching, communication, and curriculum."

    Primary Responsibilities:

    INSTRUCTOR ROLE
    Required to coach Soccer Shots sessions for children ages 2-8 at Pittsburgh-area sites, per the direction of the Soccer Shots Director of Programming.

    Session load typically ranges from 15-25 sessions per week, but may fluctuate outside of this range given our season cycle and staffing situation

    PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE SOCCER SHOTS PITTSBURGH COACHING AND OPERATIONS TEAM
    Assist with management of the Soccer Shots Pittsburgh coaching team, including full-time coaches, part-time coaches, and interns.

    Preparing for seasonal launches, including work in our computer-based administrative systems

    Helping to maintain location records, details, etc.

    Assist in critically thinking about the creation of the seasonal schedule and perform data entry duties related to the seasonal class details into our online system

    COACH DEVELOPMENT
    Participate in the training, on-boarding, developing, and retaining coaches.

    Complete coach evaluations to track performance.

    Help with preparations for and be present for our in-person pre-season staff training meetings (at office)

    COMMUNICATION
    Timely and appropriate communication from team members, following a "24-hour rule". Soccer Shots Pittsburgh expects timely and appropriate communication from team members; we ask that acknowledgements / responses be sent within 24 hours of a communication.

    Much of our communication and interaction takes place via email, text messaging, phone calls, and online video conferencing; the Coordinator must be comfortable participating in and utilizing such forms of communication on a regular basis with very high expectations for responsiveness.

    WORK HOURS / LOCATION:
    This is a full-time, exempt position totaling 40 hours per week. It is not a traditional M-F 9-5 position, and does require some flexibility, with some weeknight and weekend hours.

    This position will be based partially out of our office in Carnegie, PA and partially from home and will require routine, daily travel to our session locations situated throughout the Greater Pittsburgh Area.

    This position requires extensive driving in and around the Greater Pittsburgh area. The Coordinator is required to drive to multiple sites during the week and on weekends to conduct coaching assessments and provide coaching support as needed.

    Compensation: $32, $38,000.00 per year
