Job Summary
We are looking for qualified candidates to work as pharmacists in an integrated health team providing care to patients in the Yakima Valley. Responsibilities include patient education and counseling, collaborative drug therapy management, ordering and monitoring lab tests, prescription quality assurance, and assisting in efficient and creative service delivery.
- Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a BS degree in pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy and a Washington State license.
- Candidates must be able to speak clearly and concisely and be able to read understand and follow oral written instructions.
