    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at Flagstaff Medical Center in Arizona. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced ICU environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular conditions
    • Maintain accurate records of patient vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans
    • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized patient care plans
    • Educate patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications

    Requirements:

    To be considered for this role, you must have:

    • A current RN license in good standing
    • At least 1 year of experience working in an ICU or critical care setting
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
