- 1+ years of hands-on experience working in a Linux environment.
- Hands on experience writing Shell Scripting
- Kafka and/or AWS Experience
- Have a degree within the Information Technology space.
- Problem Solver/ Self-Starter.
- Desire to see the bigger picture, making contributions behind the scenes that ensure success of the larger platform team
- Perform high-level day to day operational maintenance, support and upgrades to the Kafka cluster.
- Close collaboration with senior engineers and other experts within the Information Technology field.
- Assist in reading and writing in the Kafka platform.
- Working on additional Kafka, AWS, or Linux training, through a plethora of courses.
