    Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with a 2-hour minimum


    On Call:
    $9/hour


    Charge / Precept:

    Billable Overtime:
    36–40 hrs/week: OT billable after 40 hours

    48 hrs/week: OT billable after 48 hours
