    Job DescriptionEntry-Level Manufacturing Engineer Job SummaryAvimoe is recruiting for an Entry-level Manufacturing Engineer. This position is located in Jackson, MN. In this role you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a team of professionals. This is a full-time contract position for approximately 9-18 months with the potential to become permanent. What You Will Do
    • Provide troubleshooting assistance for the designated production area.
    • Assist the production leads and process technicians in performing work observations and problem-solving activities for the designated production area.
    • Assist in the updating of production processes to ensure quality and reduce cost in the product.
    • Responsible for creating clear work instructions.
    • Train operators in the updated production processes through the use of work instructions.
    • Support quality and lean initiatives.
    • Perform all other related duties as assigned.
    What You Will Bring
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
    • Analytic skills: Ability to use MS Office, 3-D modeling software to effectively identify issues, summarize data, and present information in an intelligent way for managers and directors to make effective decisions.
    • A motivated, self-started with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Problem solving and strong analytical skills a must.
    • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the company.
    • Ability to design, carry-out, and document tests.
    • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies desired, but not required.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
    • Regular attendance and good work ethic.
    • Ability to take supervision and get along well with others.
    • Safely perform essential job responsibilities.
    • Ability to read, write and understand English.
