Essential Responsibilities:

Manages time productively in the completion of duties and promotes cost saving through delegating assignments and use of proactive scheduling based on acuity and census.

Attends product and practice change education and applies such to promote non-salary cost saving.Participates in continuous quality improvement activities including, but not limited to, meaningful use, value based purchasing, application of regulatory measures, work redesign and nurse sensitive indicators.
