    Insight Global is looking for a Level 2 Application Support Specialist for a client in Mesa, AZ. This position will require working onsite on Mondays and Thursdays.

    Level 2 Application Support Specialist

    Location: Mesa, AZ onsite 2x/week

    Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire

    Pay Range: $25/hr - $30/hr (potential flexibility dependent on experience)

    Must Haves:

    • 2-3 years of experience in an application support role
    • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL scripting to pull information/troubleshoot
    • Experience with a ticketing system (preferably ServiceNow)
    • Experience working with customer internal and external requirements
    • Extensive SQL skills - Microsoft SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
    • Data analysis skills - understanding of data relationships and schemas, ability to follow data through systems
    • Ability to use MS tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Strong communication skills listening and note taking
    • Self-motivated with confidence and ownership

    Day to Day:

    Our client is looking for a Level 2 Application Support Specialist to support their internal teams. You will act as application support as well as production support for the engineering division. You will handle tickets submitted via ServiceNow and will engage in triage.
