    Job DescriptionWe are searching for an HR Coordinator for our client, a global lifestyle apparel brand.Hybrid role in their NJ office.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage end-to-end payroll processes for Canadian employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
    • Stay updated on changes in Canadian and US payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Support HR initiatives such as performance management, employee relations, and recruitment as needed.
    • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
    • Post job openings on relevant platforms and assist in drafting job descriptions.
    • Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents.
    • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
    • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and help resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.

    Qualifications
    • 2- 3 years experience in managing payroll.
    • Experience working with retail in Canada is a plus
    Salary Range $50-60K DOE
