    Customer Service Representative

    Customer Satisfaction is our Goal. We are searching for an executive level CSR with an consistent upbeat attitude.
    Experience preferred, three [3] years CSR administrative.

    Daily activities include taking care of our clients with world class service, perform administrative duties in a fast paced environment, greeting customers on the phone, dispatching to complete jobs.

    Daily report review. Assist with other administrative duties. Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe a must.
    Excellent oral and written communication abilities required to complete a wide variety of task.
    Candidate must be a self starter with strong interpersonal skills, good-nature, consistently energetic with a positive attitude.

    Computer literate and have an intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel, 10 key by touch, data entry, QC skills, proficient in organization, oral and written communication a must.

    Ideal candidates must possess the ability to prioritize and complete diverse projects in a demanding, fast paced environment.

    The employee is frequently required to stand, ascend and descend stairs and ladders.

    This is a full-time position. Monday - Friday, in office.
