Harvey Watt & Company is the largest provider and manager of professional pilot disability, AeroMedical, and professional pilot Loss of License (LOL) insurance in the US. With servicing over 73,000 pilots, we have a unique understanding of a pilot's physical requirements and how to insure it. We manage the pilot disability programs for several US Airlines and provide supplemental LOL and disability products for many of them. We consult with and develop disability, LOL insurance, or AeroMedical Advisory plans for employers, unions, and individuals.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Disability Claims Consultant located in Hapeville, GA. The Consultant will be responsible for handling and managing disability claims, communicating with pilots and clients, and providing expert advice on disability insurance. Some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in disablity claims handling and management
• Knowledge of disability claims and disability plans

Relevant skills and qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 5 years of STD/LTD claims processing experience.
• Minimum of 2 5 years of strong Customer Service experience.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
