    Specific Job ResponsibilitiesReview client referrals for accuracy and completeness.
    Complete all data entry for file creation.
    Assign future internal tasks.
    Complete skip traces for information needed for relevant information.
    Requests all missing information in accordance with client requirements.
    Provide client(s) with regular updates relating to the action.
    Perform other duties as assigned.


    Qualified candidates will:
    Prior knowledge of loan documents and Personal Identifiable Information (PII).Demonstrated attention to detail and analytical skills.
    Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Be willing to adapt to a frequently changing and dynamic work environment.
    Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in all interaction(s).Work effectively in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision.
    Proficient in adobe acrobat and the redaction process.
    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
    Demonstrated a history of multi-tasking and effectively prioritizing work.
    Prior knowledge of industry specific regulations and case management systems is preferred but not required.


    Schedule & Benefits:
    This is on-site position. Our team works Monday through Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm EST. After a successful orientation period, flexible work schedules will be considered.
