    Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Senior Director Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting for a global tech company in the Portland area. This role will work closely with the CAO organization, leading the technical accounting policy and SEC reporting areas. Development of policy function, formalizing process, standardizing documentation, leadership of a team of 10 and collaboration across the CAO organization is also part of the responsibilities.

    Requirements:
    • BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
    • 11+ years of relevant experience
    • CPA with 7+ years large firm accounting preferred
