- Coordinate and schedule shipments for domestic and international orders
- Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and commercial invoices
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and couriers
- Monitor shipment progress and address any delays or issues
- Track and update shipment records using inventory management software
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to provide accurate shipment information to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving shipping-related issues
- Optimize shipping processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency
- Perform periodic audits to ensure accuracy of inventory and shipping data
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in shipping and logistics, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of domestic shipping regulations and procedures
- Experience with inventory management software and shipping systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Mircosoft and Excell
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
