Description

Interacts with the customer to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction
Collects, identifies, defines, and organizes detailed user and information technology requirements
Coordinates and collaborates with others in analyzing collected requirements to ensure plans and identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations
Assists information engineers with the application of special knowledge to coding, testing, implementation, and documentation projects
The ideal candidate will be supporting a DoD contract that maintains connectivity across multiple countries
Responsible for installing, configuring, servicing, repairing, and maintaining IT systems, hardware/software, and networking devices on a long-term contract

Requires:

• Experience providing breakfix support for desktop PCs, laptops, & networked peripherals
