- Strong visual design fundamentals skills in typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy, forming the basis for creating captivating and impactful deliverables.
- A high degree of proficiency in Figma with a working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Capable of rapid iteration, receiving feedback, and experimentation.
- 1-2 years of visual design experience in digital formats.
- A desire to grow and constantly level-up your skill set.
- Ability to prioritize your work amid competing needs.
- A strong attention to detail and QA of your work before it goes live.
- BA/BFA in graphic design or related field
- Website content editing through a CMS
- SaaS-based landing page editing
- Motion design and/or basic video editing

- Showcase designs from your portfolio that have seen commercial implementation.
- Show your best work only. 5-6 strong examples are better than 15-20 mediocre works.

Sigma is building a cloud-native business intelligence platform that allows users to tap into their biggest databases hosted in the cloud and easily conduct analysis and graph data; all without any programming involved. We are growing the marketing team and looking for an Associate Designer to help us execute on a wide range of marketing, branding, and event initiatives. You will join a talented team of designers and marketers to elevate Sigma's brand and ensure that our best ideas are realized quickly and efficiently. Primary responsibilities Deliver production-ready visual designs for Sigma's website, marketing campaigns, and events. You will design and deliver presentations, landing pages, blog headers, diagrams, social media visuals, video title cards, presentations, ads, event materials, and signage-among other things.
