- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls and inquiries, scheduling service appointments efficiently and professionally
- Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify additional service opportunities
- Support technicians by coordinating schedules, confirming appointments, and maintaining clear communication between team and customer
- Educate customers on available services, maintenance plans, and upgrades to support revenue growth
- Track leads, estimates, and pending jobs to improve close rates and reduce missed opportunities
- Build long term customer relationships that drive repeat business, positive reviews, and referrals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable in a sales focused or performance driven environment
- Organized with strong attention to detail and follow through
