Known for clear communication, professional technicians, and clean workmanship, the team handles everything from emergency repairs and water heater replacements to drain cleaning and fixture installs.     Role Overview:

    Join a fast growing, family owned plumbing company as a Customer Engagement and Sales Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping schedule services, manage follow ups, and support sales opportunities. This role focuses on building trust, driving repeat business, and delivering an excellent customer experience while earning performance based bonuses. Your key responsibilities may include:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls and inquiries, scheduling service appointments efficiently and professionally
    • Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify additional service opportunities
    • Support technicians by coordinating schedules, confirming appointments, and maintaining clear communication between team and customer
    • Educate customers on available services, maintenance plans, and upgrades to support revenue growth
    • Track leads, estimates, and pending jobs to improve close rates and reduce missed opportunities
    • Build long term customer relationships that drive repeat business, positive reviews, and referrals

    Requirements

    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Comfortable in a sales focused or performance driven environment
    • Organized with strong attention to detail and follow through
    • Ability to manage calls, texts, emails, and scheduling systems
    • Willingness to learn internal software and processes
    • Experience in customer service, inside sales, or home services preferred
